All of the Kirt Holmes cuffs are available in three sizes. For our Japanese & far eastern customers we recommend size 1, for our European customers we suggest size 2 & for our US customers we advise size 3. Glossary of Terms
Black Onyx
Black Onyx is a semiprecious stone. It has a glossy finish & is made from quartz, which is the most popular type of mineral. Quartz can be found in many types, and makes up 12% of the earth’s crust.
Cabachon
A cabachon is a stone cut into an oval, round , rectangular, freeform or polygonal shape with a flat bottom and a domed or half round shape.
Hematite
Hematite, also spelled as hæimatite, is the mineral form of Iron oxide. Grey hematite is typically found in places where there has been standing water or mineral hot springs, such as those in Yellowstone National Park in the United States.
Mother of pearl
Mother of Pearl is an organic-inorganic composite material produced by some mollusks as an inner shell layer. It is strong, resilient, and iridescent. his substance is called "mother of pearl" because it is literally the "mother", or creator, of true pearls.
Oxidized
Oxidized silver is darker and its finish is less sparkling. The silver gets a smoky look after it has gone through a chemical treatment.
Rose Quartz
Rose quartz is a type of quartz which exhibits a pale pink to rose red hue. The color is usually considered as due to trace amounts of titanium, iron, or manganese, in the massive material.
Swarovski Crystal
Swarovski crystal is beautifully laser cut glass which contains approximately 32% lead to maximize refraction.
Swarovski Pearls
These are faux pearls made from a crystal core with a pearl coating fused to the surface. They have a wonderfully realistic lustre & are extremely robust.
Turquoise
Turquoise is an opaque, blue-to-green mineral that is a hydrous phosphate of copper and aluminium.
