1.Returns & Exchanges
We strive to achieve total customer satisfaction & while we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or full refund.
Should you wish to return an item(s) either for an exchange or a refund then customers must request via e-mail, to return items within 14 days of receipt.
Returns will only be processed once a “Return Authorization Number” (RAN) has been issued. To obtain your RAN then please contact us at sales@kirtholmes.com
Each item must be returned complete, in perfect condition, in it’s original packaging along with the receipt on which you must clearly write your RAN.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item(s) for a different colour or alternative style if preferred. With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment that may be required.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

2.Payment & Delivery
Payment methods ~ We accept the following cards:
American Express, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa
Delivery Options ~
kirtholmes.com offers shipping via Royal Mail & Fedex. The following charges apply:

| Outside the EU | Fedex | £32 | Up to 2 working days (orders must be placed prior to 12pm in order to guarantee next day delivery) |
- Any orders received after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
- Free shipping on orders over £500
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by external influences. (postal strikes etc..)
- All Kirt Holmes parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at (home or work).
- Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
- You must notify us promptly within 24 hours of receipt of any goods that appear to have been damaged in transit. In these circumstances, you are required to retain all the packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
3.Ordering Goods Online
You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.
When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us.
4.Privacy & Processing
When you place an order with us you will have to disclose personal information to us. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors & customers & as such we use a secure payment system to ensure that all purchases are processed in a safe manner. To respect your privacy we guarantee that any information you share with us will remain strictly confidential & will be safely stored.
5.Price
All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are shown in British Pound Sterling.
The price of goods listed on the Kirt Holmes website is inclusive of VAT.
6.Unsubscribe
Should you no longer wish for us to hold your details on our database then simply contact us on sales@kirtholmes.com & we will remove your personal information from our records.
7.Packaging
All Kirt Holmes treasures will arrive on your doorstep beautifully wrapped in tissue & placed in a box.
8.Gift Vouchers
Kirt Holmes gift vouchers are available in denomintions of £25, £50 & £100. Please note they can only be redeemed on the Kirt Holmes website & cannot be exchanged for cash. They are vaild for 6 months from date of issue.
